XX4 steering bellcrank

Hi,

Was running my xx4 at the weekend and the bellcrank arm slipped on an impact. Its started to flatten a few of the splines. Is it a complete write off or can it be salvaged? I've seen how people use longer bolts and washers to stop it happening but saw them too late!

If I need a new one where can I get one from? Any other tips to stop it happening?
