ESC repairs?

Hi,

I hooked my speed passion gt lpf v1.1 up the other day and got a spark at the battery and now the esc turns on, fan starts but does nothing. I can plug the program card in, it recognizes it and can seemly set it up but then it just sits there! Has it had it?

It's out of warranty but is there anywhere or anyone I can send it to to have a look and possibly get fixed? Or is it beyond saving?
