charger advice needed.

hi all, im looking for a new battery charger, ideally looking for a charger and power pack all in one, and preferably something that comes with all the leads needed to balance charge. most of the ones ive looked at so far require the purchase of extra leads and pcb's to balance charge. the one thats cought my eye is this one

anyone out there have any experience of them? or can reccomend something similar? i like that one as it matches my much more tyre warmers.
