Help with my ESC

Hi guys, i recently purchased a losi 22 from chris, (fantastic by the way, thanks alot ) anyway i have not been able to enable reversing on it, i have checked that it can but everywhere i look it just says read the manual, which i have tried and failed to understand. anyone know what to do?
