B44.2 rear diff screw

Hi all,

after some help, i've had a B44.2 for about 7 months and just had my 4th failure on the rear diff - the screw that goes through it shears off at the head - same thing 4 times in a row, no idea what is causing it and its getting a bit annoying. no warning when its going to go, doesnt follow a big jump or bad landing.

any suggestions what i could have wrong? built to the spec in the manual - fully tighten then undo a little bit.
