Sanwa transmitter and futaba receiver will this work?

well i'm at a complete loss now

Got a new battery and charger for a futaba 3vc, new futaba crystals, does the same thing in 2 cars. Tried it in a 3rd with what i think is a 35mhz receiver and it works ok but the throttle is reversed so i have to press backwards for it to go forwards.

WTF am i doing wrong with this??
