What shore foams for carpet?

I'd like to try some foams for my 1/10th offroad Sworkz. It will be for indoor carpet prima GT. What does everybody use? It will be the Schumacher 1/8th Donuts, but which shore front and back? How long will a set last compared to yellow minispikes or minipins?
