Default 4wd front tyres by mistake

I have just ordered some schumacher yellow minispikes for my durango 2wd buggy.

Only after gutting and glueing them (and the struggle that endured) did I realise they were actually 4wd front tyres instead. They are a little wider and have an extra row of spikes instead. Does anybody know if this makes any difference?

Is the wide tyre or extra footprint going to make a massive change in handling?

I'm likely to buy another set of the correct size bug will still give em a go
