Suggested toolkit for B44.1 newbie

Hi folks,
After 25 years away from buggy racing I have decided to take the plunge and come back. Due to pick up a 2nd hand B44.1 shortly as well as getting a basic 2wd team C kit for my 7ry old son.
Wondering what the basic tool kit should consist of? What is "nice to have" and what is "must have"?
Do I recall that Associated is all imperial fittings? (Seem to recall that was why I went for Optima back in mid 80s as my tools wouldn't fit the RC10 and my paper round income didn't want to stretch to a new tool box!!
