Esc and motor

Looking for some advice, unfortunately esc and motor went up in smoke last night whilst racing

Would welcome peoples thoughts on a good esc and motor (6.5 or 7.5) to buy for circa £150. Was looking at dual sky but would like others feedback on good/reliable equipment and advice
