S104 Diffs

OK so I got got my car put together and noticed that it does not roll...first I checked the slipper and it was to tight, took it out and loosen it up.I then checked the front diffs and there smooth but the back ones seem to be locking up

There is some resistance but the wheels do turn but not like the front any ideas..

before I break it all down agean
