Anyone work with pumps/ibc's? Setup wanted to sugar RHR-Dirt

Looking for a suitable system to apply sugar water to RHR-Dirt easily. I'm thinking an IBC with some kind of pump kicking out around 3bar through a conventional hose pipe.

Anyone work with this type of thing who might be able to help source something (cheap or free!).
