DEX 210 springs & oil

Hi all,

Rather than ask on the Durango section I thought I would ask in here, if you don't mind that is

My car has the blue springs and seems a bit high. It's mid motor and I run a shorty if that's relevant.

What would you experienced lot suggest for springs and oil?

Oh and cheers for a good night's racing and pub afterwards!
