M3 soft or M4 super soft on DEX410?

Looking to enter your winter series with my son in December. We are F4/F5 standard so wondering which tyres will work best for us. Ideally would like a set to last whole meeting. Is this possible?
Sorry but used to running on Astro so not sure about clay setups.

Also what inserts do people run?
