New gearbox for 210 and other options

TD are as informative as always when describing the new option parts. Can anyone shed some light on these issues?

1. What is the benefit of the new gearbox? Are there any other changes besides the extra mounting hole for the camber link?

2. What other type B parts do you need to use it in MM installation?

3. What is the deal with the new silicone o-rings what do the different versions aim to achieve?
