330 almost ready apart from a dead kk2 aarrggh.

Well I had the enthusiasm to dig out my soldering iron and get the 330 ready. Everything done apart from sticky pad the rx and kk2 to the frame and allready thekk2 appears broken.

Basically when I connect the battery up it does its 3 tone chime, the backlight for the lcd comes on but I cant see any text.

Not really surehow good hobbyking are at replacement s but we shall see.

Only thing to note is that there is a small black adhesive tape that covers the ribbon connector going to the lcd. The tape was never stuck down properly .

Anyone have any ideas on how hobbyking are on replacement s or if this is a common known fault.
