Another 210 diff problem...

I've done the conversion to mm4 from rm3 on my rtr dex210 all seems fine apart from the fact the diff seems to be acting strangely.

Before the conversion if you held the car rotated one of the rear wheels it would not move the opposite wheel.

Now I have done the conversion if I rotate the left rear wheel it turns the right rear wheel in the opposite direction but if I move the right rear wheel the left wheel does move... I'm sure this is not right but I did nothing to the diff in the conversion so what could have caused this?... Any ideas would be great!
