Yokomo Avid Triad Conversion

Above is the Triad on my Yoke. It still seems tight to me and the spur is wobbly but i will test run it on Sunday.
Anyone else caring to share a pic would be appreciated.

(gear mesh is not set yet on this pic so don't comment on that please
