12mm shocks on C4.1

Hi everybody!
I plan to buy the big bore shocks for my C4.1, and wonder what range of springs it is worth to have to set them up for astro.
I know some guys are already using big bores on the C4.1, and would like to have a good shocks set up to start with (oil, pistons, springs..)
