DEX 210 RTR standard gearing

Hi all

The car comes with an 81t spur and 29t pinion. to be fair I have only driven it up my street briefly before racing it indoor this Friday. It has reasonable punch off the line but the top end seems a little low. Does the gearing mentioned above indicate high acceleration coupled with a lower top end, or would this be typical of a 13.5t motor?
