2wd Regional - Eden Park - couple of questions

Hiya

I had a quick look on the Eden Park website but couldnt find the info on a couple of questions I have.

Are Gennie's allowed due to the proximity to housing ?
Will there be any hot food on site (breakfast/lunch) ?
