Help with MTB bottom bracket

Hi

I've got all of play in my bottom bracket, so I fancy fitting a new one.

As you can see my bike is quite old.

So I just need some help with what tools are needed to get the old one out and put a new one in.

I've measured the frame and it's 68mm.

Can you help?
