Dynamite passport ultralite help

Could any body tell me how to balance charge on this
I have the leads in correct amps set ok
But keep getting cell voltage error. If I take
Balance board away an just use charge leads
It charges ok I use the balance adaptor board wiv the core cr056
Charge balance leed. Any help much appreciated .
