LRP Flow Works & Bridge update Problem

Can someone help me please??

I'm trying to update my LRP Flow Works to the latest off road version 3.3, my computer wont let it happen. I connect everything up as per instructions, blue light on usb bridge version 1 with updated software, connect to sensor cable. Flow blue light starts flashing. Try to connect on LRP programme, comes up with an I/O error connection problem. Running latest Bridge programme, on windows 7 machine with latest updates installed.

Want to try and get it updated before worksop this weekend.
