XXX-CR Barking diff??

Ive had a quick look in this section but couldnt find anything, so sorry if its been discussed before.

My diff was barking so i decided the rebuild it as i was told the only thing that causes this is the diff, i replaced everything except the top slipper shaft, and it was ok for half of a pack of cells, untill it started again?

Would be greatful if anyone has any idea's.
