Different Titanium Nitride shock shafts?

Hello,

I'm looking for some spare and upgrade parts for my 410v3, and i saw some different shock shafts on the TD website.
Can anyone tell me the differences between the black and gold titanium nitride shock shafts, except the price and the color

?
Also i saw dual taper pistons for the BB's, are they better then the standard once, and why?
