Most probably it is not Spektrum issue but your BEC (in ESC) does not provide enough current because Savox servos have more power consumption than DS1015. Try to put external BEC in addition.
My Savox 1257TG works fine 2 years with Spectrum 3R pro. I use ESC SP GT 2.0 pro. With Hobbywing 60A savox is also fine.
