Buying advice for some new electrics

After some help and advice from all members if possible.

Looking at getting back into remote racing cars so im looking at upgrading my power supply (li-po batteries) runnning gear (brushless motor and speedo) and a new battery charger.

Im wanting to use Ni-cads for a different model I own but want to use Li-po batteries for my racing car so to start me off iv seen a new charger on ebay, just wanting some advice about it. and any other adivce or tips for the rest of my shopping list
