Default Fiesta stalling problems again.

Last january my daughters fiesta had problems losng power when driving then eventually it started cutting out. The problem turned out to be a blocked fuel filter.

It had a full service and new filter and the problem was sorted. Now 10 months and 18000 miles later the same problem is back. This time the car starts then as she pulls away it cuts out. It can be push started or sometimes started , left to warm up then it drives normally. I had a new fuel filter fitted again and it worked for just 6 days.
I've read that a bloke who had the same problem found that his crankshaft position sensor plug was loose.he fixed it with a zip tie. He never posted after wether that was a temporary fix or left alone working.
Any ideas on this.
Its booked in tomorrow for a diagnostic check which should show the code if it is the csp sensor.
