revention pro.neutral point

as the title says.Have a revention pro that wont pair up with my radio.Did have an incident with it the other day but have since read its 100% reverse polarity safe.Have downloaded all the latest firmwear but when it comes to the nuetral point set up its all over the place.Doesnt flash as described.Doesnt bleep and defo doesnt pair up.....Any advice gladly received.....please
