TELSTAR RACING ORDER chase

Hi any one know how I can contact Telstar racing to chase up an order, my uncle and I placed an order on Thursday for some Buds Balls ceramic diff balls... For our superstox diffs I am having issues contacting them to see if they have sent these out... I've tried to email an enquire via the website also sent email via the sales email, sent facebook message and pm'd on here also tried to call but no joy.....

I need these diff ball for the GT12 nationals next week

Any help or advices would be greatful
