diff oil cst

hi could someone tell me if theres a chart to convert cst = oil wt.
eg 7000 cst = ? ae wt and 2000 cst thanks for any help im only asking because im trying to set up my 410 and im only use to oil wt . ps i have found the shock oil chart but it doesnt go as high as diff oil .
