Default C4.1 questions

I have a C4.1 to play around with on some clay tracks which doesn't seem like the norm for this car. If anyone has a setup to start with that'd be great.

Right now I think I'm going to start with a rear motor shock setup, brown/green springs and oil typically run on these tracks and go from there. The next thing I'm guessing is the brass bulkhead and no other weight in the front.

Is there anyway to get more rear toe besides using the factory team associated hubs? Also would a shorty pack all the way against the back give more rear bite than a saddle pack?
