Radio issue

Hi have code dsss radio and have it bound up to my durango perfect and I brought another receiver for my buggy and it won't work, it binds but none of the sticks work and when I press the setting buttons (enter, exit, +, -) the steering flicks and I get a blip of throttle but nothing seems to fix it but then I change the car back to durango and it works perfect??
