ocra rx2 6.5t problems

hi all
looking for abit of info, was racing this friday and hit track side on rear side and motor stopped working. when checked, the motor smoked when put throotle on. stripped motor down and cant see any problems, there was lil metal fragments came out, but cant see were its come from, tried it again and now runs but there is resistance. guessing the motors nackered but wouldnt if anyone else has this problem and managed to sort it!
