I've bought a set of long RPM ball joints for the DEX210 as recommended by a few. Tried to fit one lot last night on a camber lik and they are so tight the arm wont move

How have people used these and managed to loosen them off enough to work and yet be practically tight on the Durango ball joint ?

I didn try pinching them with pliars and also working them around the ball end with some silicon lube between them to stop to much heat build up, still no joy
