DEX210 - Gearing and Ratio

Hiya

I will be running my DEX210 at Maritime soonish. I've installed a Tekin RSPro and a Speed Passion V3.0 7.5t Brushless.

Could anyone recommend a good starting gear ratio please ?

Also, what is the internal ratio of the car if anyone knows ?
