Differences - DEX410 Vs. DEX410 V3

Hiya

Im just weighing something up, nothing solid. If a DEX410 came up cheap what items wuold be needed to transform it to the V3 version, if it can be done ?

Is there anything necessary on a DEX410 that breaks easy ?

Any help is greatly appreciated
