could anybody give a rough set up for indoors??even better i will be running at york and also a outdoor astro as im thinking doing a few at a1 racing

i am running a 410 AND am in process of puchasing gearing and will i need buy spring and roll bar kits??

many thanks new keen and eager owner wanting to go out there
