DEX210..drive train issue..still!

Hi chaps...

I've done a complete re-build which has made things make more sense now and I understand the car much more

But I'm still having an issue with the rear CV joints.

It appears that the side with the ball joint pin sitting horizontally will cause the ball joint itself to jam on the inside of the outdrives...

I've included a quick diagram to try and illustrate what I mean.



Am I the only person this has happened to ?

Any suggestions or thought?
