Default Wt Vs Cst

A while back, I bought shock and diff oils, they were sold in weights (wt), now, somewhere along the line, there is this other grade, Cst. I know not what it stands for but I appear to have missed the bus with this.

So the big question for me is, how many Wts = one Cst or vice versa, because, tbh, buying a simple thing like shock/diff oil has recently got a little more confusing.

Thanks
