Have you ever been sat there in your own little world, day-dreaming about your world championship dominating drive, comfortably leading the final by 6 clear laps and cruising to a momentous victory whilst vigourously excercising your thumbs for maximum transmitter efficiency, massaging the muscles, toning the tendons and eeking out every last morsel of speed from your no doubt lighning fast reflexes. Only to have your train of thought interrupted by the kitchen queen, dream machine plonking a podgy foot in your lap, mistakenly seeing your vigorous thumb movements as an immediate offer of a soothing foot massage ? WTF
