I used to run either 22.5wt or 25wt AE oils in the rear with stock pistons and 37.5wt to 40wt AE oils front with stock pistons.
Remember the shock inclination angle has a significant effect on damping feel.

I am about to post revised setup sheets for the big bores using some of Nick's tapered pistons (slightly different damping to the last one which seems to suit more people better).
