No Until moderately recently it didn't even include things like AC, headlights or running the stereo.

Might just be something simple, we saved (and then sold) a diesel by putting a couple of tanks thro with injector cleaner. (Could have been any one of a dozen other things, but in this case it was 15 quid well spent)
