savox in 1s mode

Hi,i will be running the superstox 1s chassis,i will be using half a saddle insead of the short lipo as i have them already,iv got the sxx v2 that works on 1s ans 2s,the trouble is that,even with no motor fitted the savox is sutting it all dowm as they run on 4.7v,will a powercap sort this or will i need a different servo,if i need a servo could someone let me know a good but cheap one,
