Core-RC Pace 45R 1S speedo

This looks interesting and way cheaper than even an imported Hobbywing 120A, question is, is it a rebranded Hobbywing product and can I use a Hobbywing basic program card or the Pro 2 in 1 LCD card on it? I know the Core card is only a tenner but no point buying one if I don't need to.
