Default Blitz ESE CVD with Gear Diff - Compatible

I've recently fitted my Blitz ESE with a Gear Diff; Only just noticed that there is very little clearance between the back of the outdrive and the end of the CVD - to the point that arm movement is restricted. Do I need to change to dogbones and RTR rear axles?
