Losi 22 electronics install

Hey guys,

Please forgive me if I've posted in the wrong section but this seemed right too me. I'm returning to racing after a five year absence and have my eye on the 22 kit. I've been recomended to Losi Xcelorin Combo with 6.5 motor. First of all is the 6.5 a little too quick for a 2wd? I used to run a Novak GTB back in the day with a 6.5 but I understand the motors have come on since then. Secondly, will the xcelorin fit well onto the 22 chassis alongside Orion 90c lipo's?
I do still have my K.O Vantage radio that I plan to use with the standard K.0 reciever which seems huge by micro reciever standards. I do have a Futaba 9550 low profile servo so that's sorted.
What I'm asking in a round about way is are these components going to fit properly?
