CC BEC PRO voltage

on the CC BEC pro there are 2 output leads so wondered what voltage to choose. is the voltage the overall voltage of the two leads or is it the voltage for each lead? just wanted to check before i fried something. couldn't find anything on the internet so any help will be appreciated greatly!
