Rear shock not damping?

I have a b4 and all of a sudden 1 rear shock has stopped damping.I have check oil levels and all ok.Not leaking.Bled of air. was ok 2 weeks ago but now no damping.havent changed any thing. also car is pulling to the left on drag brake,after running straight in a line.coincidentally the shock that is faulty is on the left rear? i think maybe the shaft is bent but thought it would leak?
